You are allowed to use One Source Funds for a maximum of 7 nights at the Moon Palace. Arrivals can begin as early as Friday, January 6th and departures can be as late as Saturday, January 14th, but must include January 8th to January 12th. If you wish to extend your stay at the Moon Palace either before or after these dates, please make that request on the registration form. If you are registering for more than 7 nights at the Moon Palace, you will be responsible for paying for the extra room nights with your credit card when you arrive at the hotel. Each guest room has a limit of 2 people per room. At least one attendee must be actively employed in your business at the time of the conference. All attendees at the educational sessions must be 18 years of age or older. Registration is a three-step process: Step 1: You must register for your hotel reservations no later than November 1, 2011. Step 2: BioGuard is offering optional activities each day that you may choose to participate in, along with a one time $50 credit per person towards your chosen activity. CLIMATE AND ATTIRE Cancun enjoys constant temperatures from the high 60s to the 80s year round. The attire during the day is casual. For the evening events, we recommend resort casual wear. It can be a bit chilly in the evenings so it is recommended you bring a light sweater or jacket. Two of our evening events are scheduled for beautiful outdoor areas at the resort.
