You must be a Platinum Dealer to participate in the
trip. Please remember the Moon Palace is all-inclusive and rates
will cover all food & beverage and activities at the resort.
Active BioGuard Platinum Dealers in good standing may apply up to
50% of One Source Funds to pay for the conference. More information
on earning and applying funds to help pay for the event are noted
below.*

These prices do not include airline tickets.
Dealers may use One Source Funds to extend their stay at Moon Palace
up to a total of seven nights, but to use your One Source Funds,
your entire stay must include the key dates of the conference (4
nights) - January 8th to 12th. Arrivals can begin as early as Friday,
January 6th and departures can be as late as Saturday, January 14th.
If you do not have enough One Source Funds to pay for your trip,
BioLab will invoice you for the balance due. If you have any questions,

One Source funds cannot be used for anyone under the age of 18.
No one under age 18 can attend the education seminars.
To calculate your funds:
1. Log-on to One Source Connect
2. Click on One Source Fund
3. Click on Account Query
From here you will be able to determine your fund contribution.

* Funds available to apply towards the BioGuard Enrichment Conference
include the amount carried forward from the previous year and earned
throughout the program period. Your contribution to the conference
may not exceed 50% of the total fund earned prior to the event.
Applied funds will be based upon the available fund balance prior
to the event. Only one program year may be used for each event.
The BioGuard Enrichment Conference is restricted to active BioGuard
Platinum Dealers in good standing and their employees. If you don't
have the required funds available to participate in the trip, you
may pay the difference between your fund availability and the cost
of the trip or conference. Funds will be deducted from your account
upon receiving confirmation. Your registration form will serve as
your claim form.
