CO-OP FUNDS

You must be a Platinum Dealer to participate in the trip. Fees include all conference costs - speakers, group meals during the event, evening events hosted by BioGuard and either transfers to/from the New Orleans International Airport or parking at the hotel. Mini Bar expenses, personal bar bills, spa treatments and all activities outside of BioGuard group events are a personal expense.

Active BioGuard Platinum Dealers in good standing may apply up to 50% of Co-Op Funds to pay for the 3 nights of the conference. Additional nights outside of the 3 night conference cannot be paid for with Co-Op Funds. If you request to extend your hotel stay, you will pay the hotel directly for additional nights.

Co-Op Funds cannot be used for anyone under the age of 18. No one under age 18 can attend any events at the Leadership Conference.

To calculate your funds:

  • Log onto myBioGuard.com and click on the "Co-Op" tool
  • Click on "Funds Summary Report" under the "Funds Management Tab" from the top navigation bar

Here you will see a breakdown of all of your funds, including the maximum that you can spend earnings in 2024 for the BLC under column "H" or "Balance Available for BioGuard Conferences". Example below:

Your funds will continue to accumulate throughout the season, increasing your available balance. Your balance will determine how much you can actually apply towards the trip. If your funds will not cover the entire cost, you will be responsible for the balance due. The balance due will be charged to your BioLab account in mid-November and must be paid in full prior to December 15, 2024. You have the option to pay the balance due by credit card or check following the same procedures as you would for a BioLab issued invoice. Payment not made prior to December 15 may result in a cancellation of your registration and forfeit of any applied Co-Op Funds.

Your Co-Op claim will be filed by BioGuard and will require no action on your part. All Co-Op Funds will be applied prior to October 15, 2024. Funds are deducted on a monthly basis and not immediately. Claims that have been submitted to Channel Fusion for processing and clear prior to your funds being deducted will impact the amount available to apply towards the trip.
