CO-OP FUNDS

You must be a Platinum Dealer to participate in the trip. 

Active BioGuard Platinum Dealers in good standing may apply up to 50% of Co-Op Funds to pay for the 3 nights of the conference. Additional nights outside of the 3 night conference cannot be paid for with Co-Op Funds. If you request to extend your hotel stay, you will pay the hotel directly for additional nights.

The cost indicated below is in Co-Op Funds or US Dollars. Cost in Canadian dollars is listed in parentheses.

NEW THIS YEAR! There are multiple registration types and variable pricing so that you have an opportunity to bring your family and vacation at a magical location. You'll indicate a registration type for each person when you register.

  • Every hotel room request must have at least 1 Full Time Attendee at the Full rate. For example, if 2 people are sharing a room, the primary person will always be a Full Time Attendee at the Full rate and any additional people can have a different attendee type as noted below, depending on what events they plan to attend.
  • No one under age 18 can attend the business sessions.
  • For 2027 only, Co-Op Funds can be applied to all attendees, regardless of age.
  • Please note that all attendees must wear or present name badges at every event. Each registration type will be clearly visible on your name badge for admittance to meals and events. No one will be admitted to meals or events without a name badge. Security will be assisting with badge checking at all events to ensure only those who have paid by registration type are attending.

No one under age 18 can attend any educational event at the Leadership Conference.

To calculate your funds:

  • Log onto myBioGuard.com and click on the "Co-Op" tool
  • Click on "Funds Summary Report" under the "Funds Management Tab" from the top navigation bar

Here you will see a breakdown of all of your funds, including the maximum that you can spend earnings in 2026 for the BLC under column "H" or "Balance Available for BioGuard Conferences". Example below:

Your funds will continue to accumulate throughout the season, increasing your available balance. Your balance will determine how much you can actually apply towards the trip. If your funds will not cover the entire cost, you will be responsible for the balance due. The balance due will be charged to your BioLab account in early December. You have the option to pay the balance due by credit card or check following the same procedures as you would for a BioLab issued invoice. 

Your Co-Op claim will be filed by BioGuard and will require no action on your part. All Co-Op Funds will be applied prior to November 1, 2026. Funds are deducted on a monthly basis and not immediately. Claims that have been submitted to Channel Fusion for processing and clear prior to your funds being deducted will impact the amount available to apply towards the trip.
