All attendees are responsible for making your own transportation arrangements to Orlando, FL
If you are flying to Orlando, the airport code for the Orlando International Airport is MCO. We encourage you to book your airline reservation as soon as you register.
For your flight to Orlando on January 4, 2027, we recommend that your flight arrives into Orlando no later than 5:00 pm. It is about a 35 minute transfer from the airport to the Swan.
For your return flight home, you will be required to depart to the airport 3 hours prior to your departure time. 8:00 am flight departures will depart from the hotel at 5:00 am; 9:00 am flight departures will depart from the hotel at 6:00 am and so on.
BioGuard will provide roundtrip transfers between the airport and hotel from January 3rd to January 7th. If you are departing after January 7th, you will be responsible for your own transfers to the airport.
If you are driving to Orlando, overnight self parking at the Swan is included for January 4-7, 2027.
Valet parking is a personal expense and not covered by your Co-Op funds.
In early November, you will receive an email with a link to indicate if you are driving to Orlando and need parking at the Swan or to register your flight information.
We request you provide us with your travel information no later than November 15, 2026. We will use this information to secure your roundtrip airport transfers in Orlando or to secure parking.
The baggage allowance for all commercial airlines is two checked pieces and one carry-on per person, plus one personal item (purse, briefcase, camera case, or laptop case).
All baggage must meet weight and size requirements. Generally, for all airlines, carry-on luggage cannot exceed 40 pounds and/or 45 inches (length of bag X width of bag). Checked bags cannot exceed 50 pounds and/or 62 inches.
Limitations on baggage allowance and weight and size requirements vary by airline and are subject to change at any time so check the website of your airline before departure for more information.
For safety and easy access, we recommend that all medicine, money, jewelry and electronics be placed in your carry-on bag. We also recommend that you bring a change of clothes in your carry-on bag in case your luggage gets lost. Once you arrive at the hotel, your room may not be ready since check-in is at 3:00 pm.
When checking your luggage, be sure it is checked to your final destination – Orlando International Airport (Airport Code: MCO). Make sure that you have a claim check for each piece of luggage or that the information appears in the airline app on your mobile device.
BioGuard guests flying to Orlando will be met at baggage claim.
The transfer to the Walt Disney World's Swan is approximately 35 minutes.
When you reach the Swan, you will check in to the hotel in the main lobby.
