A few things to note about our BLC schedule as you plan your trip:

• Tuesday, January 5 - Education Sessions will conclude at 3:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to take advantage of Disney's discounted "After 4:00 PM" admission ticket. The afternoon and evening is yours to enjoy, and we encourage you to explore one of the Walt Disney World parks after the day's sessions end.
• Wednesday, January 6 - Education Sessions will conclude at 5:00 PM. Our Final Night event at EPCOT begins at 6:30 PM and includes exclusive access to our private event space for the dinner, a reserved fireworks viewing area, and the After Party.
  • Our EPCOT evening does NOT include an all-day park ticket to Epcot or any other park because we are in education sessions all day. 
  • If you plan to visit EPCOT or another park earlier that day, you will need to purchase a separate park admission ticket. 
• Thursday, January 7 - Thursday is our departure day, and no conference activities are scheduled. If your travel plans include a late afternoon or evening flight, this is a perfect opportunity to enjoy one last visit to the parks before heading home.
